Editing Customer Details
Where customer details appear
We recommend that customers include the Group/Clinic details in this section. They will be seen by patients in the PDF reports and the request emails they receive (for image uploads & video calls)
Any fields can be left blank and therefore will not show up on the PDF report
Only the Group/Clinic Name will be included in the email requests. If this is left blank it will default to ‘your eye care provider’.
How to edit customer details
This information can be edited by any local/global admins in the ‘Admin’ tab of AOS.
