How to report an issue with the AOS Vision mobile app
Follow these steps when you have been instructed to report an issue via the AOS Vision mobile app.
Login in the AOS Vision app using your credentials, Figure 1.
2. Slide the menu out from the top left-hand side. Next, select 'Settings', Figure 2.
3. Then, click 'Report Issue' and fill in the relevant information, and select 'Submit', Figure 3
It is most effective to use this feature immediately after the problem you want to report has occurred.
